Very little seems to rattle Eliud Kipchoge. The greatest men’s marathoner of all-time always seems stoic, whether on the start line, the most difficult part of a race, or during a press conference. He embraces each challenge. Kipchoge is set for another big challenge on Monday at the 2023 Boston Marathon.
Days away from his Boston debut, Kipchoge sat down for an interview with Runner’s World. Kipchoge shares where that unwavering confidence comes from—a strong belief in his training.
“The more work you put in the more confident you’ll be,” he said.
How much longer will the 38-year-old Kipchoge continue racing? He holds his cards close to his chest: “The time will come and the time will tell.”
