40 Stars You Didn’t Know Were *Very* Into Yoga
They've got amazing bendy pics to prove it!

Celebs—they're just like us! In this case, they love showing off their flexibility with a good yoga Instagram pic just as much as the next bendy person. From Madonna’s on-stage handstands to Pink’s viral crow pose to Beyonce’s backbend, yoga is clearly enhancing the lives of many celebrities.
If these 40 talented people can find time to hop on their mat, try a difficult pose, and find their calm during a flow, hopefully they inspire you to do the same—and you can reap the benefits of a yoga practice.
Lea Michele

Have you seen a more perfect dancer’s pose? Singer and actor Lea Michele posted this beauty on International Yoga Day. In 2015, Lea told Women’s Health that hot yoga is her favorite type: “I like exercises that have a little spirituality to them. It's the greatest combination of meditation, detox, and a fantastic workout.”
Miranda Kerr

One look at Miranda Kerr’s IG will prove she is a yoga and self-care master. The former Victoria’s Secret supermodel and founder and CEO of Kora Organics is a yogi to the nth degree. She told Women’s Health in 2018 that she loves yoga, among other activities. One thing is for sure: You don’t just do a three-legged backbend with minimal practice.
Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria posted a video to her IG showing off her impressive headstand with perfect form. (I mean, look at those 90-degree arms). The actor swears by yoga and its therapeutic qualities. After having a child in 2018, Eva got back into yoga and pilates, but she really took the time to hit the weights too, according to Us Weekly.
Jennifer Aniston

Jen Aniston joined Instagram only months ago, so you can’t blame her for not having any workout pics. But, tbh, Jen trying to keep her SAG dress wrinkle-free is an athletic feat. She is practically in a bridge pose in that backseat.
On top of working out every day (and waking up early to do it), The Morning Show star has practiced yoga since 2005, she told People. She even does Spin-yoga, which couples 30 minutes of pinning with 30 minutes of yoga. That’s probably why her arms and legs look so good.
Jessica Alba

Look at those toned muscles! Jessica Alba prefers her yoga hot and with weights for extra sculpting. Jessica told Byrdie in March, “I do like hot yoga classes, if it’s done at a good pace. I prefer it mixed in with light weights, so like a sculpting hot yoga class. I’ll always work out with a friend because it’s more fun.” A workout buddy even joined her in December for a little post-Holiday flow on Instagram.
Charlize Theron

You may see the tabloids run photos of Charlize Theron leaving LA yoga studios on the reg. That’s because the fabulously fit actor does two 90-minute sessions of power yoga every week. You could nearly finish her 2017 film Atomic Blonde in one class. Brb, going to research how to stay dedicated like Charlize.
Martha Hunt

Victoria’s Secret model (and known friend of T-Swift) Martha Hunt discovered low-impact yoga after she had spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis. “I fell in love with low-impact yoga and later Pilates,” Martha wrote for the Scoliosis Research Society. “I became very focused on fitness because I knew it was the only thing that could help strengthen my back even after surgery.” It all paid off because she can nearly bend herself into a full king pigeon.
Nina Dobrev

Even your favorite celebrities use beautiful landscapes for the perfect yoga-pose IG post. Nina Dobrev even had an incredible caption to accent her flawless dancer’s pose: “Should we head back down? Namaste right here 🙏🏼” Iconic. The 2018 Women’s Health cover star said yoga is one part of her “workout cocktail,” which includes boxing, running, weight training, and group classes.
Julianne Hough

Women’s Health cover star Julianne Hough’s bridge form is impeccable. The KINRGY founder prefers a yoga class offered at CorePower that fuses hot and power yoga. Sounds like a match made in yogi heaven.
Britney Spears

Britney Spears is no yoga newbie. The pop icon frequently posts her yoga flows and power poses to her IG, including this one where she does a three-legged backbend into a handstand. Not to mention her upward-facing dog shows her strong physique. Her goal for 2020? More bikini yoga.
Ellie Goulding

Turns out pants don’t really affect whether you can do the splits. Ellie Goulding getting all kinds of flexible in chaps has given me new life. The known yogi regularly shares flows on her IGTV, so hit that follow button if you want to learn to yoga like Ellie.
Kaley Cuoco

Now that’s how you use props. Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco took that side plank to a new level by incorporating an exercise ball. Along with using props for stability, Kaley adds weights to her yoga workout, especially to get those abs.
Olivia Wilde

Flexibility comes in many forms, and Olivia Wilde looks poised in this cross-legged seated pose. Oh, and she was pregnant when the photo was taken. The Booksmart director was often photographed going to and from yoga classes while pregnant.
Halle Berry

Halle Berry is the goddess of fitness—and thankfully she shares it on IG. Halle shared her super shoulder stand with an inspiring message one #FitnessFriday: “After I work out, it’s important for me to stretch and lengthen. Fitness is not just about running, lifting and punching. For me, being athletic and super fit is also about being still, stretching and breathing. Including stretching in my fitness program helps my muscles stay long, limber, improves my mobility and range of motion and, most importantly, helps me avoid injuries.”
Pink

Pink went viral with her mastery of crow pose—with a 3-year-old on her back. (I guess you could say it’s a variation of child’s pose!) The move takes a lot of upper-body strength and balance, and Pink has plenty of both.
Vanessa Hudgens

Vanessa Hudgens demonstrates a great low lunge here. The actor told Women’s Health that she tries to practice yoga three times a week, calling it less like fitness and more like therapy.
Gisele Bündchen

Yoga has been one of Gisele Bündchen’s go-to calming exercises since her 20s when she suffered from panic attacks. The supermodel prefers hatha yoga and says, “It's so serene that I can be in a state of meditation while practicing. Plus a gentle practice works best for me since I do everything else in my life with intensity.”
Alessandra Ambrosio

The best way to do yoga is with a buddy, which model and GAL Floripa founder Alessandra Ambrosio demonstrates in this supportive headstand. Her IG is full of yoga inspo. Alessandra didn’t even take a night off from yoga when she attended the Oscars in 2015.
Madonna

If you’re afraid to go for that pose during a group class, just remember Madonna casually hits handstands and headstands on stage. The pop superstar incorporates yoga into her 30-minute workouts that she does six times a week.
Gwyneth Paltrow

Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow looks a lil' too happy hitting this side plank. (Can I get some of that energy, plz?!) The health and fitness guru is a known yogi and has even participated in the female-driven Kundalini Yoga. Let that positive energy flow, Gwyneth!
